再生沥青混合料压实特性的研究

Compaction Characteristics of Reclaimed Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 采用旋转压实仪成型试件,根据旋转压实密实度曲线计算压实特性参数,分析混合料类型、公称最大粒径和 RAP 掺配率对再生沥青混合料压实特性的影响。研究结果表明: SMA 再生混合料的K1 和CEI 高于AC,SMA 比起 AC 更难压实; SMA 混合料的TDI 较高而K2 较低,SMA 再生混合料具有更好的抗变形能力; 随着公称粒径的增大, K1 和CEI 逐渐增大、TDI 逐渐增大而K2 逐渐降低,混合料越难被压实,抗变形能力逐渐提高; RAP 掺配率越高,K1 和CEI 越大、TDI 越大而K2 越小,再生混合料的可压实性降低而开放交通后抵抗变形的能力增加。

Abstract: Superpave gyratory compacter ( SGC) was used to make the specimens,and compaction characteristics parameters were calculated by the SGC compaction densification curves,in order to analyze the influence of mixture type,nominal maximum size and RAP blending rate on the compaction characteristics of reclaimed asphalt mixture . The results show that the K1 and CEI of SMA mixture is higher than that of AC mixture,and SMA is more difficult to compact; the TDI of SMA-13 mixture is higher and K2 is lower than AC,and SMA mixture has better anti-deformation ability after opening to traffic; with the increase of the nominal maximum size,K1 and CEI increase; TDI increases but K2 decreases gradually it is more difficult to be compacted and the capability of anti-deformation is gradually improved as the nominal maximum size increases; higher blending rate of RAP leads to larger K1 ,CEI and TDI,and smaller K2 ,and harder to compact,and higher ability to resist deformation after opening to traffic.
